Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
The short version
If a track isn't what you expected, email hello@zerodegrees.me within 14 days and we'll refund you. You don't have to justify it.
The full version
Paid tracks and downloads
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We don't require a reason, and we won't make you sit through a retention pitch.
We'll process it back to your original payment method through Stripe. It usually lands in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank — that part is out of our hands.
When we refund you, access to that material ends. That's the trade.
Free material
Nothing to refund. Free is free.
After 14 days
We'll still read your email. If something was genuinely wrong — a file that wouldn't open, content that didn't match its description, a track we withdrew — tell us and we'll sort it out. Outside that, 14 days is the line.
If we withdraw something you bought
If we permanently retire a paid track, we'll give you a reasonable window to download everything you paid for, or refund you. Your choice.
If you paid but never made an account
Purchases made without an account can still be refunded — email us from the address you used at checkout and we'll find it.
Repeat refunds
We refund without asking why, and we'd like to keep it that way. That only works if it isn't gamed.
If an account repeatedly buys material, downloads it, and then asks for a refund, we may decline further refund requests from that account, or stop selling to it. We'll tell you before we do, and we'll tell you why.
This is aimed at a pattern across several purchases — not at you asking for one refund, or two. Buying a track and deciding it wasn't for you is the policy working, not abuse of it.
⚠️ This does not override your statutory rights. Where the law gives you a right to cancel, that right stands regardless — see below.
Your statutory rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content downloaded or accessed immediately, that right can be waived — and at checkout we ask you to confirm you want immediate access and understand you're giving it up.
⚠️ Even where you've waived it, our own 14-day policy above still applies. We chose to match the statutory window deliberately so nobody is worse off for ticking a box.
If you're in the US, this policy is what we offer voluntarily; it doesn't remove any rights you have under your state's consumer protection law.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights if content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Chargebacks — please email us first
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of asking us, a few things happen that are worse for both of us: the bank charges us a fee regardless of the outcome, it takes weeks rather than days, and we may suspend access to the material while it's open and revoke it if the dispute is resolved against us.
We refund on request, within 14 days, without argument. Emailing hello@zerodegrees.me is faster than your bank and works better for everyone.
How to ask
Email hello@zerodegrees.me from the address on the purchase. Tell us what you bought. That's it — no form.
We reply within 2 business days.
